Known for his engaging and no-nonsense manner, Irvine has appeared on TV shows such as Dinner: Impossible, Worst Cooks in America, Restaurant: Impossible, and as a contestant on The Next Iron Chef.
Robert Irvine LIVE is a high-energy, multimedia theatrical experience that recreates the challenging nature of Dinner: Impossible through multiple cameras set up on stage. In this all-new show, the audience chooses the challenge! How? The digital challenge wheel! Audience members will spin a digital wheel, which is incorporated into the screen projection to choose everything from time limits to ingredients to the challenge itself. Anything and everything can (and likely will) happen and ensures that no two shows are ever the same.
Even if you don’t get called up on stage, you can still be a part of the show! Tweets and posts on Facebook collected prior to the show and during intermission are incorporated into the performance! Whether it’s questions, challenges, or just something funny it could end up in the show!
All new, never-before-seen video content has been produced specifically for this show. In between each challenge are videos that include interview footage of Robert retelling experiences from his military service, working for the royal family, his shows on Food Network, and his charity work.
All of this is set to happen April 25 at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons, a spectacular 886-seat theater that has a truly intimate feel. Located on the Valencia campus of College of the Canyons, the theater is located less than 30 miles north of Toluca Lake, in Santa Clarita.
