Free Family Movie Night

The Toluca Lake Elementary PTA will present a Free Family Movie Night. Friends and neighbors are invited to enjoy the latest movie featuring your favorite frog and his pals trying to save their theatre from a greedy oil tycoon. The night will feature a full concession stand with hot dogs, fresh popcorn, drinks, and candy. Concession stand proceeds benefit the PTA to raise money for school enrichment activities.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. — come early for best seating, and to take part in the Family Fun Night Raffle! Seating is limited and first come, first served.

The Ghastly Love of Johnny X

The Ghastly Love of Johnny X, a 35mm black and white independent motion picture produced/directed and written by Burbank native Paul Bunnell and presented in GhastlyScope – is an exciting retro-style hybrid feature film about a gang of juvenile delinquents from outer space that blends 1950s sci-fi, melodrama, song-and-dance, and a touch of horror into a mesmerizing big screen spectacular.

The cast includes hot new stars Will Keenan and De Anna Joy Brooks, as well as seasoned professionals Creed Bratton (The Office), Reggie Bannister (Phantasm), Paul Williams (Phantom of the Paradise) and the late Kevin McCarthy (Invasion of the Body Snatchers) in his final role. The Ghastly Love of Johnny X will be a part of the Dances With Films Festival.
