EXTRA EXTRA! Not to Be Missed!
It’s the final weekend to catch Tommy Smith’s FIREMEN which is finishing its second extension with the Echo Theater Company. A play centered around the controversial subject of teacher/student relationships set in Washington State during the tumultuous years of Desert Storm, Firemen challenges the idea of what we become when Cupid’s arrow abruptly strikes. A stellar cast (led by an intense Ian Bamberg), genuine dialogue, and unnerving, true-to-life subject matter make Firemen a play not to be missed.
