Thanksgiving Pie Giveaway
It’s that time again——and we always love it when you help out. We’re looking for donations of money, gift cards and food for this year’s Thanksgiving Pie giveaway.
If you would like to attend and help hand out pie (three hours, 600 pieces or so) we will be at 19th avenue at the Venice Boardwalk at 10am Thanksgiving morning (Thursday, Nov. 26).
If you want to bring pies that morning, that’d be great! Those who have been there always note how wonderful it is to see people’s reactions when they get something for absolutely nothing!
And the homeless folks nearby get wind of it, and they join with police, tourists and locals all in celebration and thanks.
Gift card donations can be sent to us at our home, please have them be generic for Ralph’s, Von’s, Albertson’s or Smart and Final for any denomination!
You can send a check to the same address. All gift cards and checks will be used for pie, whipped cream, plates, forks, napkins, etc. No money will be kept by anyone for anything.
Come say hi! Help give out pie. Have a piece of pie.

Donations of money, gift cards, food and supplies can be sent to Pete Arbogast and Jennifer Swan, 225 Montana Ave. #304, Santa Monica, CA 90403.
