Ben & Jerry’s 31st Annual Free Cone Day!
Ben & Jerry’s, the company that broke the mold for businesses showing you could make a profit whole giving back to the community, was proud to celebrate its 31st annual Free Cone Day on April 21. Why did they do it thirty-one years ago? The two guys, who had surprised themselves by surviving their first year in business, genuinely wanted to just say “Thanks.” It was the original community give-back.
The Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shops proudly introduced the company’s newest values-led flavor: Chocolate Macadamia. The flavor features Fair Trade vanilla, Fair Trade chocolate and sustainably-harvested macadamia nuts.
While the full-flavor line up was up for grabs on Free Cone Day, Ben & Jerry’s also offered their newest flavors like Chocolate Macadamia – A Flavor with a Mission!, Elton John’s Goodbye Yellow Brickle Road and Orange & Cream.
