Tammy Jerome and her associates team at Coldwell Banker know that knowing your neighborhood businesses is as important to your feeling of community and home as your residential connections. By creating a recurring vendors’ fair for local residents on June 15th they are focused on helping you establish a face-to-face connection with local vendors in the Toluca Lake and Studio City neighborhoods. This creates an opportunity for you to see new offers, techniques, and specialties on hand; take advantage of coupons and discounts; and try the products and services offered by these business owners there to share their wares and skills.

They’ve assembled a whole array of services: have you been considering a kitchen remodel or an outdoor fountain? Considering the possibility of a new chimney or landscaping project? At this fair you’d not only get visual design ideas, but be able to connect with the vendors that can design it for you, bring you the materials for it, and build it, all in one stop.

They’ll be providing a continental breakfast for you to enjoy as you peruse the vendors; and if you stay for the entire event, on June 15th, at the Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City, you’ll qualify to win an iPad Mini just for visiting and enjoying the conversation and offers customized for the visitors.

Whether you are new to the area or you’ve been there for years … there are always new companies that are sprouting up around you. When the town is unfamiliar because you’ve just moved in, sometimes you’ve no idea that there’s a fantastic new restaurant or relaxing coffee spot just down the street. And if you’ve lived in your home for ten years, you might stroll down the street, having no idea that you’ve just passed the nicest baker tucked away in a new location, or that there’s a store that has exactly the perfect shade for the couch you’ve wanted to recover for ages.

Not only is it a lovely chance to get out, visit some neighbors, and support local business owners that specialize in making your home beautiful, but you’ll get to enjoy a bit of a nibble and a wander. Nibbling and Wandering often lead to Random Creative Ideas, which often lead to home improvement projects.

And there you’ll be, in the center of a hub of ways to make it happen thanks to Tammy Jerome, Sharon, and Suren from Coldwell.

Come on by June 15 from 10a—1p, at the Sportsmen’s Lodge located at 12825 Ventura Blvd. in Studio City and visit the vendors lined up by Tammy and her team to see what possibilities await you, your home, and your neighborhood. But you must RSVP on the 24/7 voice mail lined up for you: .
