Burbank Athletic Club has done it again! This time around, the gym is offering a Fall Into Fitness promotion – buy a year’s membership and get six months free! But hurry, folks; the special ends Sept. 30.

“We know our members’ price range,” says Greg Bedrossian, owner of BAC and personal trainer for nearly 20 years. “We definitely put ourselves in the realm of affordability and reason.”

With two locations in Burbank, all your health needs are covered. Whether you’re in the market to lose weight, lower your blood pressure, or bulk up, BAC has got your back.

The North location is great for the quick workout. Specializing in strength and cardio, if time is an issue stop by and get a session in before resuming your daily grind.

The Media Center location offers over 200 classes a month including the popular Zumba program. It also houses a certified spinning facility, private yoga studio, and a 2,500 square foot multipurpose aerobics studio.

And besides Spinning, Zumba, and unlimited Yoga, all classes are free with your yearly membership. Other popular classes include Boot Camp and Boxing. For non-members also looking for a workout, classes are offered with some of L.A.’s finest instructors.

BAC prides itself in a staff of credentialed personal trainers that all have a minimum of 10 years’ experience and an ability to meet the diverse fitness goals of the community. A new program offered at the North location is Ballistic Body Fitness. CEO and Head Trainer of BBF, Scott Yonehiro is a longtime friend of Bedrossian’s. Together, they’ve created an innovative program tailored to each client’s specific health needs.

Through Ballistic Body Fitness you’ll receive private personal training sessions. The customization process begins with a cheek swab that gathers genetic information letting the trainer know exactly how to train the client. Their different programs include: body fat loss, mass gain, senior fitness, and post rehabilitation, to name a few. For more information on Ballistic Body Fitness visit ballisticbodyfitnessblog.com.

And with the holidays fast approaching, the best time to get fit is now. “If you’re shopping for a good deal, you won’t find a better one than this,” Bedrossian says. Get a head start on that New Year’s Resolution with the Fall Into Fitness package!
