Celebrated actor Michael Lee Gogin, who has championed the Americans with Disabilities Act, sat at the right hand of President Bush when he signed that legislation into law. But Gogin may best be known as Santa’s Elf in the annual Hollywood Christmas Parade. However, as one of Hollywood’s shakers and rule breakers, and as a pioneer through Screen Actors Guild and other entertainment and music industry entities recognizing performers with disabilities, he tops the charts. Gogin will be the morning keynote speaker at the Pierce Brothers Valhalla Memorial Day celebration at 10621 Victory Blvd. in North Hollywood, which begins promptly at 10:30am on Monday, May 28. Come visit with him and many other celebrities on Memorial Day. There will be a live Elvis stage show, music by the Andrews Sisters Tribute Trio, a live house band (Triad) playing ‘40s to a ‘60s Beatles tribute, vendors and more.
