Chef Laszlo Bossanyi fondly recalls how, at a young age, his father taught him to make the perfect grilled pork chop. This Sunday, June 19, Maximilian’s Restaurant will be having a Father’s Day Feast from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Specials include Spicy Jumbo Shrimp, Chop Festival (Pork, Lamb and Veal) and Wild Salmon.
