City of Hope will hold its 17th annual Walk for Hope presented by Staples this Sunday, Nov. 3. This 5K Walk through the City of Hope campus in Duarte brings together over 8,000 people in the fight to end women’s cancers.

The Walk is a moving tribute to women who have been and will be affected by women’s cancer, and supports the groundbreaking research work of City of Hope’s women’s cancer programs.

In only 100 years, City of Hope has transformed itself from a small tuberculosis sanatorium on the outskirts of Los Angeles into a world-renowned biomedical research, treatment, and education center committed to shaping the future.

City of Hope maintains one of the largest Women’s Cancers Program in Southern California. Speeding the course of science and helping researchers swiftly transform bold ideas into powerful new treatments leads to improving the lives of women, and their families, everywhere.

Join them on Sunday and Walk for Hope with more than 8,000 survivors, supporters, and others on a mission to end women’s cancers. Form a team with your family, friends, and co-workers – every person can impact the battle against women’s cancer.
