Dancing with the Stars Candace Cameron Burre and Mark Ballas took a break from their 7-hour-a-day practice time to drive to StubHub Center in Carson for the Wango Tango 2014 Fest. Candace brought her teen daughter Natasha along for the ride, which gave them a chance to do some mom/daughter bonding, since her usual “at home” hours have been spent in the dance studio on Third Street. As of our deadline, Candace was still a contender. If she leaves this week, she will return for the show’s finale next week.

The actress and motivational speaker (also a tomboy) wanted to check out the glam gifts at the Kiss Beauty Booth to bring back her own eyelashes and nails for good luck (of course the show provides them.) She chose a gel nail design (nail stickers) and a pair of lashes to add to her on-screen glam persona. Off camera, she does not wear makeup and her Christian beliefs prevent her from sexing it up appearance wise. Since that’s a big part of the dance show, Candace’s costumes have been toned down from her competitors, but she still manages to look pretty. Both she and Natasha chose the color pink.

DWTS’ Witney Carson was also at the event. In fact, pro dancer Cheryl Burke is the brand ambassador for the beauty organization. Audrina Patridge stopped in as well.

The event was sponsored by Kiss FM radio.
