The owner of the great new business, Gabriela Cardenas created the concept of a place where every girl could have makeup done by a professional makeup artist and get “the celebrity treatment that is affordable and convenient.” Caron Lunde, co-owner and president, said, “It is a dream come true for both of us.”
Helping with the ribbon cutting ceremony were Somaya Reece (VH1’s Love & Hip Hop) andBurbank’s Mayor David Golonski, who said, “On behalf of the community, we’re thrilled to have you here. We support you and wish you the best of luck with your business.” Then the champagne was popped and started the opening party where the celebrities, family, and friends enjoyed music, dancing, and tasty bites, as well as a chance to chat with the makeup professionals.
The lovely young actress Darcy Rose Byrnes from Desperate Housewives heard about all the services from Gabriela, who explained they offer many VIP services from airbrushing to eye lashes to waxing services, and more.
