Performing Arts Workshops, in association with The NoHo Arts Center, is proud to provide children ages 5-15 the opportunity to be active, stay focused and have fun while performing on stage. Kids can spend this summer in PAW’s: MUSICAL THEATER Camp, GUITAR Camp, or PHOTOGRAPHY Camp! 2010 camp shows include: “Sleeping Beauty – the Pop Opera” and “Vampire High…A Night School Musical!”
“Being introduced to the arts at a young age made a profound difference in my life. It gave me a sense of pride in myself and the things I can accomplish. Now as an adult performer and teacher, I feel it is important to continue the tradition of passing along this experience to the next generation. The instructors and staff at Performing Arts Workshops do exactly that in a fun and nurturing environment. You couldn’t find a better arts program for your child.” Kathryn Percival, member of The NoHo Arts Center Ensemble.
Doors open at 7:30 a.m., program hours are 8:30 a.m. to 3:00p.m. with extended play until 3:30p.m. On the last day of each session, campers participate in a creative free performance which family and friends are invited to attend.
