Did you know now, more than ever, is the best time to sell or buy a home? You may think otherwise because of the state of today’s economy, but real estate agent Gregg Goulet, of Keller Williams Realty Studio City, sets the record straight.

Why should you sell or purchase property now? While interest rates are historically low, says Goulet, we have recently seen the market shift to a more balanced market for both the buyer and seller. Goulet has been an agent for six years, and several multi-million dollar homes have been sold through his guidance. So, how does he do it?

He gives us pointers for first-time buyers: Make sure you have good credit, and a stronger down payment in this seller’s market is key.
