Member of Burbank Rotary, Burbank Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles District Attorney Evelle Younger Advisory Council, The McLaughlin Equestrian Club of Los Angeles, Lakeside Golf Club (HOLE IN ONE #3), Member of Al Malaikah Shriner and The Loafers spanning 50 years, and founding member of St. Nicholas Cathedral and St. Michael Church.
Husband to the love of his life, the late Mary Saliba Malouf; father to Michael J. Malouf, Newbury Park, Donna Malouf, Rancho Mirage, and the late Jacqueline Malouf Nassir, of La Jolla; grandfather of four and great grandfather of six.
Memorial Service during Divine Liturgy, Sunday, Oct. 30, at 10 a.m., followed by visitation with the family, 12:30—2:30 p.m., at St. Michael Orthodox Church located at 16643 Vanowen St. in Van Nuys. Funeral Service will be held at St. Michael Church on Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 10 a.m., followed by Graveside at Forest Lawn Glendale located at 1712 S. Glendale Ave. in Glendale.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack’s Memory may be made to St. Michael Church in Van Nuys, St. Nicholas Cathedral in Los Angeles, or Providence St. Joseph Hospital Foundation in Burbank.
