Burbank

It’s A Howl-Oween Celebration with Free Treats for Kids and a Pet Parade for Dogs on October 31

The streets of Downtown Burbank will be haunted by thousands of little monsters in costume and scores of pet dogs decked out to the K-9s on October 31 from 4-7pm.
On that spooky night, kids will be trick-or-treating from store-to-store (accompanied by adults!), and dog-owners will be encouraged to bring along their favorite companion for a mutt-see Howl-oween Parade on the AMC Walkway.

Downtown Burbank’s Halloween festivities are free and open to the public.
