A Katselas Theatre Company Presentation of 2009-9010 Season Opens Saturday, July 25

A Hatful Of Rain, written by Michael V. Gazzo, directed by Dean Kreyling and originally produced on Broadway in 1956, Michael V. Gazzo’s A Hatful of Rain is one of the earliest plays after World War II to address substance abuse and its destructive effect on personal relationships. The New York Times declared it…”a powerful piece of theatre.” In its 1993 revival, Variety affirmed, “…with a satisfying combination of solid craftsmanship and raw honesty, it’s a play that has withstood the test of time very well.” Directed by Dean Kreyling, A Hatful of Rain continues the Katselas Theatre Company’s landmark 2009-2010 season.

Open Call Model Search

The District at Tustin Legacy, Orange County’s newest shopping and entertainment destination, and Brand Model and Talent Agency today announced the open call for Brand Model’s 2009 Model Search. Unsigned guys and girls ages 15-25 are invited to participate in the event, hosted at The District at Tustin Legacy from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2009. Finalists will vie for coveted prizes including a one-year contract with Brand Model and Talent Agency, a full pictorial spread in 944 Magazine’s Fall Fashion Issue, Orange County’s publication written for the young and affluent, a $500 Visa Gift Card from The District at Tustin Legacy, a photo session exceeding $500 in value with Joe Regan, renown travel and fashion photographer and a one-year membership to LA Fitness.
