There’s a promising career ahead for actor Paul Tirado. He has the film Love In Moreno Valley coming out early next year, and new projects are coming his way. The likable, young performer is poised for success and he has a great attitude that will see him flourish.

Tirado offers that “special something.” It was seen by the director of Love In Moreno Valley, Steven Huffaker, who has now worked with Paul three times. “I first auditioned for Steven Huffaker for the short film XR91 BioRebellion 2.0 with James Franco. I wasn’t right for the role I read, but Steve liked my audition and wrote a new role specifically for me, I felt so grateful for that.” The short film was selected and introduced by Ben Affleck at the DGA for The UCLA Film Festival last year.

Huffaker also put Tirado in his first TV pilot this year, in addition to the feature Love In Moreno Valley. “The film is funny and original, and I had a great experience with such a great director who allows a lot of freedom with the actors,” reports Tirado.

Growing up in his native Spain, Tirado says, “I was inspired by great Hollywood movies and I moved to L.A. to pursue my dreams. To learn my craft I studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. And I studied with the awesome Michelle Danner at the Acting Studio at Edgemar.”

Paul worked on the web series Not By Choice which offered new opportunities. “It had good fresh scripts and I’m looking forward to start working on new episodes. I play a goofy cable guy who has to get on with his life.”

Tirado says he gets his motivation from his parents “who taught me to work hard, work smart, be positive, and think big. Being an actor is a great job for me. I get to be part of the ‘dream factory’ that can entertain and inspire people. It can be hard at times, but I compare it to climbing a mountain. You use your muscles and struggle as you climb, but when you get to the top and see the amazing view it’s worth the effort.”
