St. Charles Festival “Friendship Sunday Kick-Off Breakfast” Celebrating 30 Great Years of Fun!

The 30th Anniversary of the St. Charles Parish Festival is coming soon with many new exciting additions and to start off the big event will be the “Friendship Sunday Kick-Off Breakfast” on Sunday, April 20. The Knights of Columbus will be serving up their famous breakfast burritos along with scrumptious donuts from 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the St. Charles Parish Social Center. This is a wonderful opportunity to purchase pre-sale ride tickets and Saturday wristbands at a discount, raffle tickets, and Festival T-Shirts.

The 30th Annual St. Charles Festival will be held on Friday, April 25 (6-11 p.m.); Saturday, April 26 (12 noon—11 p.m.); and Sunday, April 27 (11 a.m.—8 p.m.) Plan to attend this fun-filled event for the whole family. The festival will feature game booths, kiddie rides, giant rides, our favorite Golden Girls Boutique, a fabulous silent auction, Kettle Corn, frozen yogurt, and last but not least – Delicious Foods from around the world!

To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the St. Charles Parish Festival we are pleased to offer as our Grand 1ST PRIZE – $10,000 (Ten Thousand dollars) cash; 2nd PRIZE is $5,000 (Five Thousand dollars) cash; 3rd PRIZE is a $500 gift card from Generales & Generales Fine Jewelers in Toluca Lake. Be sure to buy your raffle ticket books and turn them in at the “Friendship Sunday Kick-Off Breakfast” on Sunday, April 20. If you return the stubs of 2 books along with $100 by that date, you will receive another bonus book absolutely free!

Our silent auction chairpersons, Erik and Nanette Estrada, along with many of the parents of the St. Charles School, have been working extremely hard to bring you the most exciting gifts possible including sports memorabilia, vacation trips, dinners, art work, and many other exciting items making the silent auction a must-see venue at the festival.

Pre-Sale ride tickets will be available at the “Friendship Sunday Kick-Off Breakfast” on Sunday, April 20, at the Parish Social Center and Monday, April 21, through Thursday, April 24, at the School Office between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed between the hours of 12 noon and 1 p.m.) The pre-sale ride tickets are offered for the rate of 20 tickets for $14 or $.70 per ticket. Wristbands for unlimited ride use on Saturday, April 26, between the hours of 12 noon and 6 p.m. will also be available at the Kick-Off Breakfast. The regular price for a wristband is $25 on the festival grounds or $20 pre-sale. Wristbands for unlimited ride use on Sunday, April 27, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for $30 will be available only on the festival grounds. There is no pre-sale for Sunday wristbands.

AND there is more… we have entertainment for everyone. Friday night will feature the wonderful talents of our Bruin students. Saturday will feature a mixed bag of jazz, rock & roll, and country western favorites with a little line dancing thrown in and, yes, there will be expert dancers to help even the newest of toe tappers learn some real heel stomping. Sunday continues with more music from Janie Steele and J.D. Mata and others.
