On August 7, the Studio City Chamber of Commerce held its monthly “First Friday Breakfast” at the Daily Grill in Studio City. The guest speaker was Mark Jacobs, founder and Executive Director of Many Paths World Service, a nonprofit organization dedicated to moving communities toward a greater understanding of the oneness of life through the use of space and the commitment to service. Mark, in his passion for providing nutritional meals for those who live without shelter, has launched a fundraising campaign to build and sustain Prosperity House, a high-quality, unique soup kitchen slated for the central San Fernando Valley.
