The Glendale Quilt Guild is proud to announce its 35th Annual Quilt Show is being held March 21 and 22 at the Pasadena Convention Center. This year’s show theme is “Crazy for Roses.” Our Opportunity Quilt this year is a beautiful crazy quilt which was created by over 60 of our members. The winner will be selected on Saturday, March 22, and need not be present to win.

Over 125 quilts will be on display ranging from traditionally pieced quilts, modern quilts, appliqué quilts, and art quilts. We are pleased to have a special exhibit of quilts from our featured artist Kent Williams. We will also be featuring exhibits of wearable art and dolls.

In addition to quilts being displayed, classes are available for learning many quilting techniques, a vendor mall to see the latest fabrics and notions available, and daily drawings for prizes and sewing machines.

Admission for the Quilt Show is $10 for one day or $15 for a two-day pass. Children 12 and under are free. Quilt Show hours are Friday, March 21, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, March 22, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Pasadena Convention Center is located at 300 E. Green St. in Pasadena.

The Glendale Quilt Guild is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the sharing of knowledge and promotion of quilt making. Funds made from the Glendale Quilt Show help to support our operations and philanthropic endeavors. For more information on the Glendale Quilt Guild visit glendalequiltguild.org.
