Universal CityWalk® Presents Free Spooky Cele-Boo-Tion Offering Trick-Or-Treaters a Fun, Family-Friendly Place to Enjoy Halloween
Universal CityWalk celebrates Halloween with its annual free “Spook-tacular” featuring trick-or-treating, children’s costume contests and entertainment for Los Angeles’ youngest ghouls, pirates, superheroes, witches and other costumed candy-seekers on Saturday, October 31 from 4-8 p.m.
CityWalk’s signature confectionary store, It’s Sugar, will help sweeten the celebration by providing a tasty selection of candy treats for distribution in traditional trick-or-treat style.
A highlight of the afternoon is the popular kid-friendly costume contest, inviting all masked marvels under the age of 12 to flaunt their best Halloween get ups in a colorful pageant that begins at 6:30 p.m. on the Universal CityWalk stage. (Costume contest registration will take place from 5-6 pm.)
For a more intense Halloween experience, Universal Studios Hollywood presents “Halloween Horror Nights,” the most intense and terrifying “live” horror event ever staged within a theme park environment, now continuing its 16-night run. Event dates are: October 23-25, 28-31 (event is not recommended for children under the age of 13).
