Broker/owner Bill Toth of Bill Toth and Associates (voted Best of Burbank in 2009) always looks for unique ways to inspire, teach and guide his real estate team members to new successes.
After gathering the general staff, managers and agents together for a special breakfast, crew boss, Bill, lead everyone in singing “Taking Care of Business” before launching into a rousing speech about risk-taking, dropping our safety nets and the importance of putting a spark in your business and a fire in your belly. “Fire equals energy.”
Enter Kit from Zen Arts, who performed a ‘risky’ pyrotechnic fire dance (no people or structures were harmed!) that amazed and thrilled all on-lookers. Delivering a fire starter speech filled with compassionate words about the importance of strong work ethics, keeping a positive attitude and maintaining market shares, Bill talked about competition, competency and control.
A burning desire to succeed has lead many Bill Toth agents to lofty heights. Chris and Shari Vanole are “on fire” and short pay specialist JJ Dege has “smoked the competition, too.”
Toth mentioned that using the office resources (escrow and funding departments), attending classes and knowing the inventory is a sure prescription for success. “Throw your clients a real estate lifeline, shorten your response times and always be prepared” were additional points that Toth shared.
The incendiary-themed meeting concluded with a mobilizing dance with all attendees participating.
