Singer/dancer/actor/playwright/songwriter Tony Monaco—an amazingly energetic man with an astonishing career spanning more than 70 years, including successes on Broadway, recordings, in film, TV, and nightclubs—returns to the stage with a self-written musical, The Road to Damascus.

It’s been 33 years since the original 1981 production of “Damascus” played Southern California. That version featured Monaco’s actor friend and fellow hoofer, the late Buddy Ebsen. Now, just in time for Easter and Passover, and with an updated script, new material, and Monaco’s masterful and gripping performance, the new “Damascus” will surely be the definitive production of the story of the apostle traveler, St. Paul, “The man who shook the world.”
