Sunday, Sept. 7th at the Beverly Garland Hotel, located at 4222 Vineland Avenue in North Hollywood, CART Radio will present a special One Hundredth Birthday Kick-OFF for American actor/director/producer Norman Lloyd!

He will play the star role of Captain Shotover in George Bernard Shaw’s comedy, Heartbreak House. Both the play and Norman Lloyd, (St. Elsewhere, HitchcockProds.) were born in 1914. Others in the cast are Ed Asner (Lou Grant), Samantha Eggar (Golden Globe), Charles Shaughnessy (The Nanny), Charlotte Rae (Facts of Life), director/actor Monte Markham, Paul Keith, Jane Windsor, Diane Mercer (Wimpole Of the Bailey) Phil Proctor, (Firesign Theatre), Leonard Maltin is host, and other celebrities will be present to celebrate the great achievements of Norman Lloyd.

Reservations are available at (213) 683-3422, or tickets may be purchased at the door of The Garland Hotel Little Theatre prior to the performance at 1pm. Tickets are $10 for students and seniors, and $20 for general admission.
