Storybook Theatre, the professional children’s theatre company awarded Best in L.A. by Los Angeles Magazine, presents The Princess and the Frog, a musical for children and their families.
There’s plenty of adventure, laughs, songs and interactive fun in this musical version of the beloved fairy tale in which a prince becomes a frog, and children from the audience are invited to join in dance numbers and attend a banquet at the castle with the frog, a beautiful princess, her father (the king) and a magical fairy.
Barbara Mallory produces and directs a cast that includes Paul Denniston, Jenn Wiles, Mary Garripoli, Anthony Grupposo and Nikki D’Amico. Elliot Kevin Schwartz provides choreography. Book by Lloyd J. Schwartz and Hope Juber. Music and lyrics by Hope and Laurence Juber.

Theatre West is located at 3333 Cahuenga Blvd. West, Los Angeles, CA 90068. “The Princess and the Frog” plays now through February 27, 2010, with regular performances on Saturdays at 1pm.
