The Jumbo Shrimp Company Clowns for Kids at the Two Roads in Studio City

Parents, grandparents and care takers, here is a great chance to have your kids discover the magical wonderment of clowning. The Magical and Joyful Experience of Epoxie includes Phil Briggs clowning, juggling and mugging himself to his young audience, and he bravely shares the stage with some of the more outgoing youthful participants to the delight of all.

Epoxie is the clown’s name and the show is a colorful mix of spinning plates, colorful balloons, dancing scarves, physicality and fun.

Epoxie is running through June 27 on Sundays at 11 a.m. and Mondays at 1:30 p.m. at Two Roads Theatre in Studio City. With a running time of 50 minutes, the show moves through a number of elements in a fun and friendly manner. Epoxie (Briggs) is a circus veteran with a number of versatile stage credits including Shakespeare.

Briggs is the perfect gentleman clown as he is friendly and obliges his young audience and gently keeps them in line as well. Yes, there are messages of sharing and caring and taking one’s turn. The production is a toddler friendly, gentle, joyful and simple theatrical experience intended to introduce children to the theatre in a way that allows them to set the boundaries. They are allowed and encouraged to play, dance and participate in their own ways with the performer.
