My name is Wayne Terry. I am 61-years-old. I am a Certified National Academy of Sports Medicine Trainer. More importantly, I’m a Certified Primal Health & Wellness Coach! Why does that matter? Well, for one thing my approach to training is not watching you burn tons of calories as I scream and yell at you. I encourage you to reach your optimal health and well-being through easy to live by routines.
I have developed a comprehensive approach to help you dial in your sleep and nutrition. With that, you really don’t need a lot of exercise to be healthy. Believe it or not, I only exercise about 60 minutes a week. The results will astound you.

So, while everyone wants to look and feel their very best, I also want to help you live a longer and happier life that doesn’t require hours and hours in a gym. Growing older isn’t just about your life span! It’s about your “health span” and your quality of life.
Obviously I do other things that involve movement but, they really don’t classify as exercise and I will encourage you to do the same. The Cleveland clinic recently completed a 23-year study of 122,000 people and found that a sedentary lifestyle shortens your life span more than obesity, heart disease and Type 2 diabetes. You are never too old to get into shape. Look at my pictures. I lost 45 lbs. at the age of 59.
