Dr Skaar has been a private practice veterinarian for the past 26 years in the Burbank area, additionally, the staff veterinarian for Guide Dogs of America for over 11 years, and part-time veterinarian for the Burbank Animal Shelter. Dr Skaar is a member of the AVMA, CVMA, officer of the San Fernando SCVMA, and founding member of the HSVMA.
