Today’s students are a fast-paced, multi-tasking generation that can quickly “toggle” their attention. As a result of growing up in a multimedia world with cell phones and easy internet access, today’s students process information differently than the students of a generation ago. Rooted in the Catholic Marianist principle of educating for adaptation and change, Chaminade College Preparatory is meeting this challenge by offering a cutting-edge 21st century education with the 1:1 Student Tablet PC Program which is currently offered to all high school and middle school students. Working with these tablet PCs has significantly enhanced the learning experience by delivering course content in a more relevant, interactive and timely manner. If you are interested in learning more about Chaminade’s 1:1 Student Tablet PC Program, you can visit us during Open House on Nov. 20 or schedule a campus tour. For more information please call the Middle School at (818) 363-8127 and the High School at (818) 347-8300.

For more than 50 years, Chaminade has prepared college-bound students throughout their middle and high school years in a rigorous program of academic excellence, and collaborates with the families it serves to provide a challenging, Catholic education in the Marianist tradition for grades six through twelve. Students from diverse cultural, religious and economic backgrounds come together for a comprehensive curricular and extra-curricular program. The mission of Chaminade College Preparatory is to form morally aware and academically capable people to be outstanding contributors to the future.
