Royal Pet Mortuary: Exceptional Attention and Service
Royal Pet Mortuary has been helping pet owners for over the past 20 years with private cremation of their pets. Richard J. Schatz, the president and CEO of Royal Pet Mortuary, speaks with each and every client about their pet’s aftercare. Richard offers very personal service by offering only private cremation. The ashes of each client’s pet are personally delivered to the client’s home (by an appointment). The ashes are placed into a beautiful wooden box, covered with a light gold tapestry fabric and a tassel attached to the side of the box.
Richard also makes a clay impression of the pet’s paw print and places the name of the pet on the back of the clay. The paw print is wrapped and presented to the client with a lavender ribbon attached. There is also a calligrapher on staff who will hand write a memorial certificate in the client’s pet memory. Every detail of this beautiful and caring service is overseen by Richard himself. We are also listed with the Southern California Better Business as one of their shining members. You are able to read many letters that have been written to Richard and how he has helped so many wonderful pet owners and their pets. These letters are available to read on his Web site at www.petmortuary.com
