Be eco-friendly and shop guilt free at 33 Rooms. 33 Rooms is named after owner Holly Hornstein’s favorite number 33, which signifies many origins and multiple sources, from vintage to retro to contemporary clothing and shoe designers.
This trendy boutique/gallery on Magnolia, in the hip section of Burbank, sells vintage, new and recycled merchandise. Recently opened on March 20th, Holly’s store features artists of all media, including a wide selection of jewelry designers. She is currently featuring artist Kit Cameo’s glassware etchings.
Born in Flagstaff, Arizona, but raised in Williston, North Dakota, Holly studied at the School of Communication Arts for Photography in Minneapolis. Her exceptional art lines the store walls. Walking in, one might conjure up the ambience of shopping in SoHo, New York or even London. You can get a great deal on sexy and stylish Steve Maddens, Manolo Blaniks and Jimmy Choos. Better yet, find the perfect gift for your BFF and Mother’s Day. Remember, May is just around the corner. “I wanted to create a store that I would want to shop at,” says Holly. “A place that I would want to return to. I try to create an atmosphere that people can enjoy.”
Ladies and dudes get out there and take a walk, shop and talk. Visit 33 Rooms and make sure to introduce yourself to Holly. She is fabulous and fun!
