Louisville High School is a Catholic, all-girls college preparatory high school located in Woodland Hills. Louisville was founded by the Sisters of St. Louis in 1960 and continues to be a growing center for the academic enrichment of hundreds of young women each year.
Louisville provides small, challenging classes with exceptional one-on-one attention from faculty. Louisville boasts four focus programs for 11th and 12th graders: “Journalism and Media,” “Social Justice and Law,” “STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math),” and “Art.”
Students are given an opportunity to experience their chosen field both on campus, through coursework and extracurricular activities, and in the professional world through field-work, field trips and/or guest speaker lectures.
Louisville boasts thirteen athletic teams through which girls learn the values of personal discipline and sportsmanship. On campus, students are invited to join clubs and activities promoting campus and community involvement.
With a strong focus on campus ministry, Louisville encourages spiritual growth and leadership in each student. Our graduates attend some of the top universities and colleges in the U.S.
Numerous opportunities are available to visit the campus, meet faculty, and sit in on a class with current students. For more information go to www.louisvillehs.org or call 818-346-8812.
