Summer is upon us and summer vacations are a welcomed time for kids and teens. So what are your children, grandchildren, or young neighbors doing this summer? Check out these activities atSt. Paul’sLutheranChurchand School inNorth Hollywood:
CHORUS ON TOUR – A Special youth choral group will present a concert on Tuesday night, June 19, at 7 p.m. This group of Lutheran high school students is touring the West Coast with directors fromWisconsinLutheranCollege inMilwaukee,Wisconsin. These talented young voices will present a variety of vocal harmonies that will be enjoyed by all in attendance!
SIZZLING SUMMER CAMP – This weekly day camp for children ages 6-12 is a great place to spend part or all of the summer. A plethora of activities each week give the campers a fun summer experience. Enrichment activities, music, art, karate, swimming, games, cooking, and weekly field trips are meaningful and engaging. Kids can attend 2, 3, or 5 days each week.
HOOPS BASKETBALL CAMP – Many hoopsters considerSt. Paul’s basketball camp the hottest experience all summer! Boys and girls enjoy top-notch instruction, fun competition, and social interaction in a positive Christian environment. Girls attend for two days on July 2-3 and boys attend July 9-13.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL – There is no better way to finish off the summer than learning about God’s love through Jesus in this weeklong activity. Children ages 3-12 will enjoy the social experience in small group settings. The children will learn the Bible truths, create arts and crafts, play games, sing songs, and enjoy daily refreshments every morning August 6-10.
