By the staff of Wesley School
As we close out another school year, and say a bittersweet goodbye to our 17th graduating class, The Wesley School is looking forward to the 2016/2017 academic year. Not only will we welcome over 50 new families into our community, but the doors to our long-awaited, new building will be open for our first day of school.
The School broke ground a year ago in preparation for the addition of a new Administration and Arts building, adding 5,000 square feet of space with three new classrooms, new administrative offices, and a new faculty work and meeting space. Included in this building will be a MultiMedia Art Studio, allowing our students to work hands-on with technology and other forms of media while expressing themselves artistically.
In addition to the Administration and Arts Building, we will also upgrade some existing spaces on campus, creating a new resource center and a faculty lounge for our teachers. Wesley has continued to mature and grow throughout the years, and this building project was the next phase in our development.
Our admissions cycle for the 2017/2018 school year will begin in the fall, with open house dates for prospective lower school families in October and December, and in November for those interested in our middle school program. As always, we invite you to attend these events in order to learn about all that Wesley has to offer, including our program enhancements and facility upgrades.
