Join us at The Beverly Garland Hotel’s signature restaurant for Valentine’s Day dinner—you will be glad you did. Tula’s California Café features a menu that uses only the freshest ingredients available. Named after Beverly’s granddaughter Tula, the café is decorated in retro colors and earthy tones—very Hollywood.
Chef Dani has created a very special dinner menu, which is sure to win your Valentine’s heart. Dinner begins with a glass of champagne and an appetizer of pan-seared Salmon and crab cakes. Next comes a cornucopia salad followed by a sorbet intermezzo. Guests then have a choice of one of three entrées: Brie cheese crusted Filet Mignon; pan seared Lake Superior Whitefish; or cedar-smoked, free-range breast of chicken. This delectable meal ends with a Chocolate Lava Cake à la mode. All for $45 per person (gratuity not included).
Regular daily menu items include: a delectable Chicken Sorrentino; Alaskan Salmon covered with a champagne dill sauce; and a succulent top sirloin steak. And there are always plenty of heavenly desserts on hand. Of special note is a unique hand-fired New York cheesecake and a delicious chocolate spoon cake that’s made with chocolate pudding between two layers of rich dark cake.
