Q: Are your caregivers experienced and trained?
A: Yes. We require a minimum of two years’ experience before placement.
Q: Do you screen your caregivers?
A: Yes. We do criminal background check, SCAN fingerprinting, DMV record check, TB Test, and Drug Test.
Q: Are they coming to the home with liability insurance and surety/dishonesty bond?
A: Yes. These caregivers are bonded and insured.
Q: Are caregivers employees of the agency or independent contractors?
A: Employees of the agency. You do not pay their taxes and benefits.
Q: What if I only need a little help?
A: Our services can be tailored to the client’s needs and can be purchased for as little as a few hours or as many as 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We provide both hourly and live-in services.
