Dr. Alan Berg and Dr. Robert Feinfield are proud to announce they are the first practice in the San Fernando Valley to offer their patients Laser Assisted Cataract Surgery with the Femtosecond LenSx® Laser from Alcon. This advanced technology provides image guided, surgeon controlled anterior capsulotomy, lens fragmentation, all corneal and cataract incisions.

The LenSx® Laser pre-cuts the nucleus to allow for a safe and more precise cataract surgery. The laser replaces the need for blades, therefore, creating bladeless cataract surgery that helps our surgeons achieve the best visual results. By combining the state-of-the-art LenSx® Custom Cataract Laser, with advanced technology intraocular lenses (Toric and ReSTOR® multifocal lenses) and Optiwave™ Refractive Analysis (ORA System™), our surgeons and staff are able to offer more options to all cataract patients who are looking to be less dependent on glasses and contacts.

In the past, the strength of intraocular lenses could only be determined by measurements taken before a cataract surgery, leaving room for potential error. Now with advanced technology the ORA System™, like a GPS system, provides real-time analysis of the patient’s eye during the actual cataract surgery. This gives the surgeon added assurance that proper lens position and strength are implanted.

Berg-Feinfield Vision Correction offers a wide range of vision correction treatments and procedures including refractive custom cataract laser surgery, Visian ICL, all-laser LASIK, and PRK.

Berg-Feinfield Vision Correction is located at 2625 W. Alameda Ave., Ste. 208 in Burbank. For more information, visit or call (818) 845-3557.
