Toluca Lake Photographer to Shoot Photos at Agoura Hills Adobe Days Festival

Professional photographer, June Czerwinski, will have a designated Western-themed portrait area set up on Saturday the 3rd and Sunday the 4th, for parents to bring their children over to take a commemorative photograph. Czerwinski will snap photos and offer prints on-site, so parents will be able to go home with their photo in hand. Czerwinski will also provide Wild West costumes as an option for parents and kids seeking to truly capture the essence of Adobe Days.
Each print will come with a souvenir photo frame. Photos will be offered at a flat rate of $5.00, which is considerably less expensive than what most photography companies charge for event photos. To aid in the continued success of Adobe Days, Czerwinski will donate a portion of all proceeds from the souvenir photographs back to the Adobe Days Organization.

Besides the major eruptions that occurred over the past 10 days in the San Fernando Valley, several smaller leaks have occurred in the 4th Council District over the past several months. The LADWP is in the process of installing major water lines in the Wilshire and Griffith Park areas to replace the aging infrastructure.
The California Department of Food and Agriculture has instituted an emergency program against the Asian Citrus Psyllid (ACP) after the insect was detected during a survey of the Echo Park area. This insect poses a serious threat to California citrus trees because it transmits a bacterium, Huanglongbing (HLB) that causes one of the most devastating diseases for citrus crops. There is no cure for this malady, which has caused billions of dollars in damage to Florida citrus trees. No HLB has been found in California.
