Steve attributes his Real Estate success in part to his background, graduating from the USC Marshall School of Business, and attaining his CPA Certificate soon thereafter. Steve was Vice President of Operations of a large Independent Petroleum Blending and Packaging Company for 17 years.

The Toluca Lake Chamber was recognized by Councilmember LaBonge for hosting the Pancake Breakfast at Fire Station 86, raising nearly $60,000 year to date for Station 86 and the Widows, Orphans, and Disabled Firefighters Fund. Steve and his wife Sandi are 20-year residents of Toluca Lake. They have enjoyed the small town Village feel Toluca Lake has to offer. Steve’s community service has been exemplary, striving to make a difference in the community.

— Together with Janice Eaton, Jay Goldberg, and Rob Benavidez, reinvigorated the Neighborhood Watch Program, now with over 90 Watch Captains throughout Toluca Lake and beyond.

— Together with Richard Bogy and the Toluca Lake Chamber of Commerce, started the Pancake Breakfast at Fire Station 86. Now in its 10th year, have raised over $60,000 benefiting the Fire Station and the Widows, Orphans, and Disabled Firemen’s Fund.

— Created the “No Solicitors” sign you see throughout Toluca Lake.

— Promoted the idea of the Patrol Service in which the TLHOA has endorsed. Since using ACS, home burglaries are markedly down!

— With the help of Alice Roth, Deputy District Director for Councilmember LaBonge, added a stop sign at Ponca and Moorpark.

— Promoted the Membership Card Discount Program through the Toluca Lake Chamber, with participation of the TLHOA, offering discounts from participating Chamber Members.
