NoHo’s friendly Magnolia Grille offers bountiful scrumptious options

Ahhh, The Magnolia Grille…a popular spot for locals who are “in the know.” Open every day from 6am to 10pm, you can order breakfast, lunch or dinner almost any time you want.

Early riser? Head to The Magnolia Grille for a bountiful breakfast, or a light repast to begin your day. This reviewer, (not particularly an early bird) loves to go for lunch. On a sunny SoCal afternoon, the patio is lovely and also dog friendly, even providing Fido their own selection on the menu – a chicken dish just for them.

My high school buddy, visiting with her dog, Chico, joined me here recently. She couldn’t resist The Beefeater, a juicy Roast Beef sandwich with Swiss cheese, Ortega Chili and tomato, served on sourdough, toasted to a crunchy perfection. My fave is the Santa Fe Salad, with mixed greens, grilled chicken, bell pepper, onion, tomato and black olives, topped with crispy tortilla strips and a dollop of sour cream. Salads are served with your choice of garlic toast or one of three homemade breads: zucchini, banana or pumpkin. So yummy!

Beer and wine are served here, or if you’re in the mood, try a delicious Bloody Mary or Screwdriver made with Soju, a clear distilled beverage from Korea.

One thing that does not go unnoticed is the friendly service. No matter what time of day you go, or how busy they are, you will always be greeted with a warm smile.

My only complaint is that there are so many scrumptious options offered, it makes it tough to decide!

The Magnolia Grille is located at 10530 Magnolia Blvd. in North Hollywood. To find out about daily specials call (818) 766-8698.
