Once again, it’s time to celebrate with the Studio City Chamber of Commerce for their Fourth of July Fireworks Festival, held each year at the CBS Studio Center in Studio City. The theme this year is to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Woodstock, the three day celebration held in 1969 (when the earth totally rocked!).
Get funky and far-out! Dig out your old tie-dyed T-shirts, colorful clothes and hats, as well as your red, white and blue outfits, and come out to celebrate with the large crowds sure to attend! There will be rock bands, magicians, a kid’s fun zone and much more, with roof-top viewing of the fantastic fireworks display! Keep a lookout to possibly see some of your favorite celebrities from TV and movies there!
Bring a picnic basket or purchase food at the event. The VIP package includes dinner, special entertainment, wine-tasting, roof-top viewing and more. The event is put on by the Studio City Chamber of Commerce and is co-sponsored by CBS Studio Center, CBS2, KCAL 9, and the East Valley Multipurpose Senior Center. Don’t miss out—this will be a fun and special evening to remember!
The festival will be held at CBS Studio Center (4024 Radford Ave., Studio City, CA) from 6-9pm, with doors opening at 5:30pm. Tickets start at $15 for adults and $8 for children. Tickets can be purchased at the Studio City Farmer’s Market on Sundays from 8am-1pm, or call the Chamber at (818) 655-5916. For more information visit the Chamber Web site, www.studiocitychamber.com.
