There’s no reason to leave your dog alone at home anymore!
The Dog House is the newest hot spot for doggie daycare, overnight care when going away, and wonderful grooming — for good reason. Their spacious, clean facility provides a home away from home, filled with love, care, and fun. The friendly staff will give your dog the personal attention he or she deserves.
Ultra high ceilings, fresh air, and serene quiet give this place the feel of a doggie spa, not a kennel. The playground area has open “rooms” separated by baby gates. No cages here. Each room has a bed, fresh-water bowl, and box of toys.
For special needs dogs that can’t interact with other ones, The Dog House has private rooms where one doggie can stretch out solo with no other dogs around.
The atmosphere here is peaceful and calm … perfect for dogs that have separation anxiety. With a family oriented feel, the happy employees work together as a team.
Going in to the interview I’m greeted by a 9-year-old dog, Dixon. He’s a very happy guy who welcomes me with a wagging tail and doggie kisses!
During my tour I notice in the break room instead of typical tables and chairs, there is a comfortable-looking sofa, TV, and dinette set. When I tell The Dog House owner Mary Farhad how pleasant the lounge is, she shares that she wants her staff to feel as if this is their second home, just like the animals.
The Dog House services include daycare, playground, grooming, and overnight care. They also have upcoming classes in dog training. The trainer is Jessica Keleshian, licensed guide-dog instructor.
The Dog House is located at 816 N. Victory Blvd. in Burbank. Call (818) 859-7877 [PUPS] or visit TheDogHouseBurbank.com today!
