Fast cars, bling, and high-tech consumer products were com-bined with charitable organiza-tions. This was a peek into deca-dence, paired with compassion at The Luxury Review, where the world’s most elite brands in jew-elry, watches, private aviation, resorts and spas, cigars, and wines were showcased. Entre-preneur Bradley Rand hosted his annual bi-coastal soiree at a cocktail party at the Peterson Museum.

A 2014 blue Maserati Ghibli (from Maserati of Beverly Hills) was unveiled and billed as af-fordable at 70 grand. Guests sipped champagne and a variety of Napa Valley’s Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars (Cabernet Sauvi-gnon, Cask 23, S.L.V., and Fay) while feasting on the catering of Michel Euliss’ Let’s Celebrate.

Sony displayed the 4K Ultra DD1. Partygoers who had the need for speed consulted with Al-len Berg, who owns Southern Cal-ifornia’s only formula car racing schools. For a special fee of $3,495 (discounted from $5,500), you could reserve a spot with Joel Landi, life and per-formance coach and CEO, The Performance Group. He heads a racecar driving expedition which specializes in aerial combat and skydiving.

Glam gals and their guys checked out the latest designs of Natalie Baroni’s Goddess and Garden Collections. The Santa Barbara based jeweler descend-ed from a 200-year-old line of Italian goldsmiths. We’re talking Saks Fifth Avenue and her very own Montecito jewelry boutique.

Other jewelers: Chan Luu, Sil-vanna K Jewelry, King Baby of Santa Monica, Las Vegas and Nashville, and Norman Silverman Diamonds (Jennifer Lopez loves their bracelets.) CEO Mikael Sandstrom probably received the most frequent flyer points for the evening, as he jetted in from Sweden (via New York) for Halda Watch Co. His company is known for its interchangeable time modules; he brought along the latest timepiece, the Halda Space Discovery.

Chan Luu partners with Breastcancer.org in the battle against breast cancer and creat-ed new designs for Think Pink, Live Green. What an eclectic cli-entele list: Alessandra Ambroso, Jessica Alba, Olivia Wilde, Jessica Biel, Eva Longoria, Freida Pinto, Hillary Duff, Vanessa Hudgens, Megan Fox, Rihanna, Mila Kunis, and Lady Gaga.

King Baby previously sold a silver teapot set to Sharon Os-bourne who gifted hubby Ozzie as a birthday gift. At an adjoining ta-ble, B.R.M displayed a “design your watch” for race car drivers.

Avary Kent, a San Francisco based genetic engineer, show-cased Puzzlebox Orbit, Brain Controlled Helicopter, the first in a series of toys designed to let you manipulate your mind. Au-deze Headsets was its showcase neighbor.

Peter Stanyon, a cigar master, was spokesperson for Elite Mo-bile Cigars from Cuba. With his wife Jayne (also at the event), they run a non profit, Heart to Heart, honoring their daughters. Black Label Trading Company showcased Nicaraguan cigars.

One must not forget the Virtu-al GT Pro Carbon, a racing simula-tor worth 70 grand. James Bond would have been very comfy at this event.
