“An Evening with Paul Reiser” is Saturday, Oct. 5, 8 p.m. at College of the Canyons’ Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center.

Before you knew him as Paul Buchman, the documentary filmmaker in the 1990s hit TV show Mad About You or as Carter Burke, the corrupt corporate executive in the film Aliens, Paul Reiser was a standup comedian.

On Saturday, Oct. 5, Reiser will be returning to his roots in his standup show “An Evening with Paul Reiser” that pokes fun at the nuances of everyday life at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center (PAC).

But Reiser is just one of the many stellar performances lined up this season!

The evening of Friday, Nov. 1, promises to be a night filled with humor, music, and mayhem when The Official Blues Brothers Revue brings their live concert show to the PAC. Featuring all of the Blues Brothers’ classics, the live concert show combines the comedy and unforgettable hits from the original film. It is a show not to be missed!

On April 25, spend an evening in the company of one of the Food Network’s biggest stars, Robert Irvine. Known for his engaging and no-nonsense manner, Irvine has appeared on TV shows such as Dinner: Impossible, Restaurant: Impossible, and The Next Iron Chef. The British celebrity chef will do a live cooking demonstration with some help from audience members!

Conveniently located off the 5 freeway in Valencia, the PAC has been bringing world-class acts and eclectic performances to Southern California ever since it opened its doors in 2004.
