“Pop Rockz” Comes to Studio City This Saturday; Benefits AIDS WALK L.A. and Valley Community Clinic

“Pop Rockz,” a new Pop Tribute Nightclub Extravaganza produced by Kevin Weiler, presents a special benefit show in support of AIDS WALK L.A. and Valley Community Clinic this Saturday, Oct. 5, at 10 p.m. at Oil Can Harry’s located at 11502 Ventura Blvd. in Studio City.
Music and dancing all night will be punctuated with spectacular tribute performances of MICHAEL JACKSON, BRUNO MARS, BRITNEY SPEARS, BOY GEORGE, and JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE. Guests can also enter a charity raffle with fantastic prizes to benefit AIDS WALK L.A. and Valley Clinic. Cover is only $5.
Since 2010 there have been over 16,000 reported cases of HIV/AIDS in L.A. County and 1.3 million currently living in the U.S. with the disease. Valley Community Clinic has been at the forefront of HIV/AIDS care and services since 1987 and is the oldest HIV/AIDS service agency in the San Fernando Valley.
VCC provides full testing, education, outreach, and HIV/AIDS medical care and treatment, plus Case Management services. They offer “Rapid Testing” with results in only fifteen minutes with a $10 suggested donation.
Valley Community Clinic also offers a wide array of free and low-cost general medical care programs and health services to the low-income and uninsured men, women, and children of the San Fernando Valley and beyond.
