About The Tolucan Times

The Tolucan Times is a free weekly community newspaper, published since 1937 and available online. With over 600 drop locations throughout the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys from Encino to Pasadena, The Tolucan Times serves the communities of Glendale, Flintridge La Canada, Burbank, North Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, and Van Nuys, to list a few. The Tolucan Times boasts a readership between 105,000 and 125,000. We are read by the entertainment industry, with papers distributed weekly on the Hollywood studio lots of NBC, CBS, Universal, Warner Bros., and Disney. In addition, several Gelson’s Markets from Pasadena to Calabasas carry the paper. We also have drop locations in Silver Lake, West Hollywood, and Hollywood.

Our panoply of advertisers includes such diverse businesses as restaurants, hotels, theme parks (Universal Studios & Disneyland), retailers, real estate agents, doctors, private schools, lawyers, home services, artists, galleries, alternative and holistic practitioners, hospitals, country clubs, resorts from all over the world, museums, and so much more.

The Tolucan Times has received distinguished Service, Commendation, and Appreciation Awards by The City of Los Angeles and the Sherriff’s Department.
